Brandon Rogers, 25, faces preliminary felony charges of intimidation, criminal recklessness, neglecting a dependent and residential entry, 24-Hour News 8's news partner The Herald Bulletin reports.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Rogers entered his ex-girlfriends home on the 1000 block of Washington Parkway and became angry when she refused to speak to him.
