INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has identified five people it wants to speak to following a Fourth of July homicide in downtown Indianapolis.
IMPD detectives have identified four males and one female as "persons of interest" in the death of 16-year-old Monquize Edwards.
Edwards was shot at 15 W. Maryland St. shortly after Fourth of July fireworks had finished.
A winter storm warning is in effect for most of Central Indiana.
It's very rare that a single person can reach across national, racial, and spiritual borders to bring such hope and healing.
Dispatchers with Indiana State Police say a vehicle left the roadway Thursday night off of Interstate 69.
