PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - A Putnam County man is facing multiple felony charges after Indiana State Police officials said he had sexual contact with a teen girl.
Police officials said the man, 20-year-old Michael E. Fife, had sexual encounters with a girl starting about a year ago, when she was 14. The encounters are alleged to have happened had various places in Putnam County, and officials said the girl may have witnessed other adults engaged in sexual activity.
Fife was arrested on three preliminary charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class C felony, and one preliminary charge of disseminating obscene matter or performance to a minor, a Class D felony.
ISP officials said they're still investigating and more arrests are possible.
