INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The three suspects accused of setting off the explosion in the Richmond Hill subdivision will be in court Wednesday.
Monserrate Shirley, Mark Leonard, and Bob Leonard all face multiple murder and arson charges for the November explosion that killed two people and damaged dozens of homes.
The pre-trial hearing will deal with a handful of issues as the attorneys prepare for a trial, which is scheduled for next summer.
One of the issues that could be ruled on is whether TV cameras can shoot video of Mark Leonard as he heads to court. WISH-TV's attorneys have been fighting his efforts to keep cameras out of the court hallways.
