SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (Shelbyville News) - The Shelbyville Police Department is investigating after a local jewelry store was robbed Friday.
Connor's Jewelry Store, located at 203 S. Harrison St., became the target of theft when thieves broke the display window of the store and removed jewelry, 24-Hour News 8's news partner The Shelbyville News reports.
The store owners were alerted to the robbery by officers. Police say this is the second jewelry store theft in downtown Shelbyville in one week.
