SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - A tip lead police to a meth lab bust and one arrest Wednesday.
Joshawa Collins, 27, of Dugger, was arrested at a residence in the 600 block of South Coal Street an active methamphetamine manufacturing lab and several articles related to previous meth making were located.
Although no evidence of a finished product was found, significant amount of evidence suggested that manufacturing was taking place inside the residence, a release said.
Collins was charged with manufacturing meth, a Class B felony; possession of meth, a Class D felony; possession of precursors, a Class D felony; illegal dumping of a controlled waste, a Class D felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony; illegal possession of a syringe, a Class D felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was being held in the Sullivan County Jail on a $74,000 bond as of Thursday.
