BATTLE GROUND, Ind. (WISH) - A woman will spend more than 20 years in prison for her part in a fatal crash in June, 24-Hour News 8 sister station WLFI-TV reports.
Tamera Richards was sentenced to 24 years behind bars and one year of probation for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and being a habitual substance offender.
A two car crash in June sent six people to area hospitals. Richards had a blood-alcohol content of 0.11. The driver of the other car, Donna Wall, died from her injuries.
