NORTH VERNON, Ind. (WISH) - The condition of a 12-year-old boy is unknown Tuesday after he was accidentally shot in the head by his 16-year-old brother.
24-Hour News 8 news partner The Republic reports Jennings County sheriff deputies were called to a home near County Road 1000 North and County Road 275 West around 11:30 p.m. Monday.
Police say the boy was shot in the head and was unresponsive. He was airlifted to Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis.
