INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - News of three missing women found alive in Ohio is hitting home with families of the missing here in Indiana.
There are 455 missing children listed on Indiana's Missing Children Bulletin , and that doesn't include anyone who disappeared in Indiana as an adult.
You've heard the names Lauren Spierer, Brookley Louks, Molly Dattilo, Morgan Johnson: all missing people from Indiana. Those are just a few.
Keri Dattilo's 23-year-old cousin Molly was last heard from on July 6, 2004, when she called a friend from a gas station on Crawfordsville Road.
"You just never give up hope, and you just hope one day, you will receive that phone call," said Dattilo.
Keri Dattilo says she knew about these missing women in Ohio, and when she heard they'd been found alive, "For the families in Cleveland, I know they didn't give up hope. They continued to search, just as we've searched for Molly."
"We're about 99 percent sure that Molly is no longer with us, but there's that one percent chance, you know, that something like this could happen," she added.
Avery Garrett's friend, 27-year-old Morgan Johnson, was last seen leaving his motel room in Plainfield, on May 18, 2011. He never showed up to work, or to his grandfather's funeral.
"Having Morgan still missing, you get to thinking, what's he going through?" said Garrett. "I'm happy those children are reunited with their mother. There are still a lot of other children that their mothers are going to go to sleep tonight not knowing where they're at."
But he also maintains, "You just can't lose hope on finding him."
"You keep searching, you just keep up the hope you will find them again," said Dattilo.
As it stands Wednesday, there will be no FEMA aid for tornado survivors in Howard County.
