INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indiana Department of Homeland Security is urging anyone with storm or flood damage to report the damage to the state.
The agency is looking for people to report damage from the time period of April 17-22.

The information will be used to help state officials determine whether Indiana should apply for federal assistance.
