New trees added to Monument Circle
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Four new trees have been added to Monument Circle downtown, joining five others that were planted earlier this year.
The trees are a gift through IPL’s Trees for Tomorrow program, which has planted more than 15,000 trees on public property since 1990.
The new trees are replacing ones that were planted in the late-1970s.
