INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Service organizers for Officer Rod Bradway are expecting big crowds at Crown Hill Cemetery Wednesday.
Family of Officer Rod Bradway will have an opportunity for a private viewing before others will start arriving. That will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
At 2 p.m., Indianapolis Police Chief Rick Hite will present a flag. That will represent Officer Bradway's service to the city of Indianapolis and the ultimate sacrifice.
The flag presentation will be read and placed in the Chapel. Organizers say that represents his life and his service as well.
After the flag presentation, the public viewing will begin.
During that time the Honor Guard will take shifts watching the casket. That will continue through the visitation, which will end at 8 p.m.
