ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) - There's a settlement between the owner of Gene's Root Beer Stand in Anderson and two former carhops, 24-Hour News 8 news partner The Herald Bulletin reports.

As part of the agreement, Moorman will plead guilty to criminal conversion, an A misdemeanor, and he will participate in a pretrial diversion program.
