INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Emergency crews were on the scene of a car into a pole early Sunday morning.
IFD officials say It took crews more than 20 minutes to get a man out of a car after the rash downtown overnight.
Officials say Jim Majors hit a utility pole around 3:20 a.m. Sunday morning near 13th and Senate Boulevard.
After crews were able to get him out of the car, Majors was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Police are still investigating what caused Majors to crash into the pole.
A winter storm warning is in effect for most of Central Indiana.
