INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Police say a child is in critical condition following a disturbance on the city's northeast side Wednesday night.
Officers were called to Priscilla Avenue shortly before 9 p.m. to the report of a disturbance.
A child at the scene suffered an injury to the head and was taken to Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in critical condition.
Police say the child was awake and breathing. It wasn't immediately clear how the child was injured, though dispatchers say there was a fight at a residence.
