INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A familiar face in the Bush administration spoke Thursday in the Circle City.
Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice spoke at a breakfast at the Light of the World Christian Church on the northwest side.
The non-profit group The Mind Trust invited Rice to talk about educational equity. Rice has been calling for all children to have access to world-class educational opportunities.
