INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A cross-dressing man was arrested on Friday after people reported him flashing people, according to an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department report.
James Sills, 42, was arrested near his home in the 3600 block of East Washington Street.
Around 5 p.m. Friday, Sills was seen dressed as a woman and showing his private parts to passing cars and people, according to the report.
Sills was arrested on a preliminary charge of public indecency.
Federal investigators are looking into multiple cases where counterfeiters have floated fake $100 bills. According to police reports, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrested three people for printing off the fake bills.
Update: According to the Lafayette Police Department, Lafayette area schools have been checked and the threat has been deemed not credible and lockdown lifted.
