RUSHVILLE, Ind. (Rushville Republican) - A cat that was found shot by an arrow this week is doing better.
The cat, nicknamed Arrow, will be moved to the Rushville Animal Shelter. Wednesday, she was in critical condition but Thursday her condition improved, 24-Hour News 8's news partner The Rushville Republican reports.
The arrow used has been identified as a Beman 340 ICS Bowhunter.
9 P.M. UPDATE: The winter storm warnings have been canceled and most snow is coming to an end. The colder temperatures were starting to move into central Indiana.
