CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) - The city of Carmel has finished plowing area streets, city officials announced Thursday afternoon.
Carmel has about 450 miles of roads to plow, and city officials said they were done as of 7:20 a.m. Plows began the work at midnight.
Businesses are responsible for clearing sidewalks around their buildings, and failing to do so could result in a fine.
A winter weather advisory was issued for Wayne, Union, Switzerland, Ripley, Ohio, Franklin, Fayette and Dearborn counties on Saturday night.
