HANCOCK CO., Ind. (WISH) - An arrest warrant for a Hancock County deputy was issued on Monday.
Scott Roeger, 33, has been charged with invasion of privacy out of Hancock County.
In the beginning of October, Roeger was arrested after a domestic dispute at a home in McCordsville.
Court documents said the woman who lived there told police she and Roeger had a relationship but were having problems. The documents said she'd made plans that night that did not involve him.
Police said when Roeger arrived, he punched the door to a bedroom and found a man inside. That's when officers said he began breaking things.
Roeger reportedly told the man inside the house, "he didn't know what he had gotten himself into" and that he was "done for."
Roeger has been with the Hancock County sheriff's department since 2007.
He was still on paid leave as of Monday in connection with that first case.
A special prosecutor from Shelbyville has been brought in to handle the new case.
