ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) - Anderson Police Department detectives arrested a man Monday they say robbed a bank, and they’re now looking for his accomplice.
Police arrested 23-year-old Gerald Lamont Reed on a preliminary charge of Class A felony robbery, in connection to the robbery of First Merchants Bank, 2825 Nichol Ave.
Edwin Le’Anthony Ricard, 18, was still at large as of Tuesday morning. Police officials said he should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone aware of his whereabouts was asked to contact police. He is described as black, 5-foot-11, about 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He’s wanted on a charge of robbery.
Money from the bank robbery was found, along with a vehicle used during the robbery.
