INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A jury found a man guilty on child molesting charges stemming from a January 2011 case.
Mark McCoy was found guilty of three counts of child molesting, attempted child molestation, criminal confinement and intimidation.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in a Marion County criminal court on Oct. 17.
McCoy was originally charged with 28 counts. Court documents say he forced his ex-girlfriend, her 10-year-old son, and two other boys to commit sex acts.
Saturday morning, Wishard Memorial Hospital closed its doors.
