HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Several Central Indiana fire houses are hosting a pancake breakfast Saturday, served by the firefighters themselves.
The Zionsville Fire Department will host their annual Pancake Day Saturday at Fire Station 91 from 6 a.m. until 11 a.m. Locals are invited to enjoy pancakes and sausage served by Zionsville firefighters.
The event will also feature a bake sale, games and face painting.
The event costs $8 for adults and $4 for children 2 years old and older.
The Noblesville Fire Department is also hosting a pancake breakfast for breast cancer awareness. Locals can purchase special breast cancer awareness t-shirts, just like the one fire fighters will respond in all month. The t-shirts are black with pink text that includes the traditional pink ribbon on the front of the shirt.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Megan S. Ott Foundation.
