CUMBERLAND, Ind. (WISH) - Police have confirmed that a second man has been arrested in connection with the deaths of a Cumberland man and his 7-year-old niece, Kyleigh.
The Cumberland Police Department arrested Jeremy Priel, 25, of Indianapolis around 9:30 a.m. Sunday. Priel was booked into the Marion County Jail and is being held on two counts of murder and one charge of theft, according to police.
Another man, 22-year-old Michael Bell, was arrested early this morning at the Cumberland Police Department.
Bell was booked into the Marion County Jail where he sits preliminarily charged with two counts of Murder.
Investigators say Bell has no permanent address here in Indianapolis and Crane's family stated Bell had lived with them for some time.
Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry says the gun used in the crime has been found. He says the ballistics confirm that it was the gun used in the crime.
The motive and details of the investigation are not being released at this time.
