INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indiana State Police say a crash involving a semi and a passenger car caused some traffic backup Sunday afternoon.
The accident happened at the 3.6 mile marker on westbound Interstate 465. This is near Harding Street.
Police say only minor injuries were reported. Two people were taken to the hospital.
The accident caused some backup while crews worked to clear the scene. At 3:20 p.m., police say only one lane of westbound I-465 was open.
The accident was cleared around 4 p.m.
A multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 65 shut down lanes Wednesday morning.
The Boone County Sheriff's Office asked that drivers use caution Wednesday morning as black ice was reported on some bridges in the county.
An investigation is underway into an early morning crash in Vigo County.
