BOONE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Indianapolis Colts player Pat McAfee has added an additional $5,000 to a reward Jim Irsay is offering for information about a fatal hit and run.
Anita Wersing was killed on Nov. 25 when a vehicle hit her as she crossed Ind. 267 in Fayette. The suspect driver ran off the road, then continued north on Ind. 267, after hitting Wernsing, our partners at the Lebanon Reporter report.
The driver of the vehicle is still at large. Investigators say they recovered broken parts from the vehicle that hit Wernsing. But they need more.
Now, a $16,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of that person.

In court documents filed Monday afternoon, 20-year-old Jacob McDaniel was officially charged with reckless homicide and pointing a firearm in the shooting death of a Noblesville teen.
Sunday night, Johnson County officers were called to a Whiteland home, when a woman called to say she was being attacked by her 18-year-old grandson.
