INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indiana State Fair will be free to enter Thursday afternoon and all day Friday.
Fair officials say the free admission is a way to thank everyone for their overwhelming support after the stage equipment collapse that killed five people and injured dozens of others.
After 4 p.m. Thursday, visitors will get in for free. On Friday, free admission will be offered all day. For people wanting to get in for free after 4 p.m. Thursday, a voucher must be presented. Each person needs the voucher for admission, and it can be obtained here . No voucher is needed Friday.
Fans going to the Maroon 5/Train concert can use their ticket stub to get into the fair on any remaining day of the fair.
