INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - No injuries were reported after a vacant building fire on the city's west side Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to the 2500 block of W. Michigan St. around 2:15 p.m. to the report of a vacant building fire.
According to a release, when fire crews arrived they needed to fight through trash, debris, and storage in order to access the fire.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire without any injuries being reported.
Damages are estimated at $50,000. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
