INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indiana State Excise Police say criminal charges are likely coming after they say they found $30,000 in cash and four illegal gambling machines in a southeast side bar Monday afternoon.
Police say they first went to Brewskies Pub & Eatery to look into what they thought were fraudulent tax returns.
Once there, they say they found four illegal Cherry Master video poker machines.
Brewskies Pub & Eatery, 7925 Southeastern Ave., is still open for business.
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office is reviewing the case and criminal charges may be filed.
