INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A single vehicle crash early Saturday morning left a man and a woman dead.
The crash happened just before 3 a.m. near the intersection of Massachusetts Ave. and Dearborn.
Police tell 24-Hour News 8 the driver of a Pontiac Grand Am was thrown from the car after it struck a pole.
The victim was taken to Wishard Hospital where they later died from their injuries.
A passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not yet clear whether the man or the woman was driving.
Names of the victims and the cause of the crash have not yet been released.
Officials say the driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
