INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Officials have received the test results from the substance found at the Fairbanks Recovery Center Monday night.
According to Indiana State Dept. of Health Laboratories, preliminary tests show no sign of biological agents. The tests are not conclusive. More test results will be available sometime next week.
