INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A woman who says she is one of the victims of a violent carjacking spree in Indianapolis is sharing her story - while one of the suspects is still on the loose.
There are eight known victims.
The woman who spoke to 24-Hour News 8 says a man put a gun to her head and forced her to lay on the ground.
She says she now lives in fear.
"I gotta watch everything around me when I pull in and you know I just have to have people stand at the door where I can in," she said.
Police have arrested two suspects in the case and have identified a third.
Roderick Woodard-Ward, 18, and a juvenile are in jail. Devonte McFarland, 18, is not in custody yet.
A winter storm warning is in effect for most of Central Indiana.
Global civil rights icon Nelson Mandela, whose legacy is ending South African apartheid, has died.
The Indiana Department of Transportation and Indiana State Police say they're ready for the wintry weather conditions. Thursday's transition from mild temperatures and rain to freezing temperatures and snow made efforts more difficult.
