MUNCIE, Ind. (WISH) - Ball State and the University of Indianapolis held their commencement ceremonies Saturday morning.
At Ball State, friends and family gathered for the commencement ceremony.
The school had more than three-thousand graduates this year.

Meanwhile, it was time to look to the future at the University of Indianapolis.
More than 12-hundred students took part in today's graduation.
Public broadcaster and author Tavis Smiley gave the address.
In addition to today's graduation, 176-students earned degrees through the school's international sites in China, Greece and Belize.
