HOWARD COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Senator Joe Donnelly was in Tipton Saturday morning touring flooding damage with local officials.
Tipton Mayor Don Havens and Tipton EMA Director Chuck Bell joined Senator Donnelly to tour flooding damage in the community.
Donnelly commented on the damage Saturday afternoon:
"Too many Hoosiers have had to evacuate their homes and places of business during this extreme flooding, and I wanted to see firsthand how I might be able to help," said Donnelly. "I encourage all Hoosiers to report any damage on the Indiana DHS's website so they can assess the best way to move forward."
