24-Hour News 8 news partner The Kokomo Tribune reports Howard County Prosecutor Mark McCann was investigating Tipton County Commissioner Mike Cline for allegations of receiving profits for a wind farm development he voted to approve.

The Tipton County Citizens for Responsible Development requested an investigation because the group says he voted on the Prairie Breeze Wind Farm could benefit him financially. The group opposes wind farm.
