INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - If kids aren't healthy, they can't learn – that's the message from Wednesday’s 11th annual Back to School Rally at the Statehouse.
Superintendent Glenda Ritz joined others in announcing new programs that help kids get health coverage through the Affordable Care Act.
The programs are focused on identifying and enrolling uninsured children in Indiana.
Indiana ranks 47th out of 50 states in the number of uninsured children, with 8 percent of kids without coverage.
