GREENE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - The body of a woman was discovered in a wooded area near Newark Baptist Church south of Greene County roads 760 East and 740 North around 3 p.m. Saturday, according to a news release.
Police have not identified the woman, however they believe the victim is white and in her late 20s to early 30s. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday in Terre Haute.
Police believe foul play was involved. However, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is still ongoing.
