NEW CASTLE, Ind. (WISH) - Four people were arrested Tuesday morning by The Pendleton District Meth Suppression Squad after a meth lab as found in two Stonegate Way apartments in New Castle.
In squad arrested Richard Morris, 43, and Carol Jessup, 48, in one apartment and Erica Pence, 41, and Bobby Pence, 45, in another. Morris and Jessup were preliminarily charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth, possession of precursors, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana under 30 grams. The Pence's were each preliminarily charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth, unlawful sale of precursors, possession of meth and maintaining a common nuisance.
The arrest was a collaborative effort with several other Henry County agencies.
