BAINBRIDGE, Ind. (WISH) - A motorcyclist was killed in a crash Wednesday in Putnam County, emergency officials said.
The accident happened just before 2 p.m. on Ind. 231 south of U.S. 39, Putnam County officials said. A woman turned around in the roadway as a large group of more than a dozen motorcyclists, officials said. One motorcyclist was killed.
The driver was taken to a local hospital for a blood test, though officials said alcohol wasn't thought to have contributed to the crash.
