INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The legal wrangling continues over whether the three suspects charged in last November's explosion on the south side of Indianapolis should be tried together or separately.
Monserrate Shirley, Mark Leonard and Bob Leonard are accused of blowing up Shirley's home to collect insurance money.
Prosecutors argue that the three acted together, the evidence is the same and they should be tried together.
The defense has argued that a combined trial could unfairly affect the jury.
Judge Sheila Carlisle is expected to rule on the request later this year.
5 P.M. UPDATE: The Johnson County Sheriff's Office says deputies were working multiple accidents, including slide-offs, property damages and personal injury crashes all over the county.
The Big 10 championships are in Indianapolis this weekend.
