1. Suspect in New Jersey mall shooting dead
Police in New Jersey say they found the man who opened fire in a mall dead. Officers say the man fired six shots in the mall then took his own life. Officers say no one else was hurt.
2. Four hurt in residential armed robbery
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police are looking for four people who broke into an apartment Tuesday morning. Police say they tied four other people up and beat them. This happened at the Annaberry Apartments near 79th and Harcourt Road.
3. Neighborhood meeting after home invasions
People in a local neighborhood are taking action after violent home break-ins. The Meridian Hills neighborhood is holding a public safety meeting Tuesday night. It will be at 7 p.m. at a church at 75th and Meridian Street.
4. Muncie bus vote
Tuesday, voters in Muncie will vote on a proposal that would raise taxes to pay for school buses. The Muncie School Corporation says it can no longer pay for bus service. It says without the tax increase the buses will have to go.
5. Aaron Rodgers leaves game injured
Another of the NFL's best quarterbacks is hurt. The Green Bay Packers' Aaron Rodgers left Monday night's game with a shoulder injury. The Packers went on to lose to rival Chicago 27-20.
