Rahal Letterman Racing hasn't appeared in the series in 2009after losing last year's sponsor Ethanol.
Team owner Bobby Rahal said several times during the offseasonthat he was hopeful to have an Indy 500 program, and today the teamunloaded their car from their hauler, which was still painted inthe colors of last year's Ethanol ride.
Right now, the car is a painted as a throwback, and a homage tothe great Dan Gurney, one of Bobby Rahal's racing heroes.
The number 17 is painted to resemble one of Gurney's famousEagles from the 1960's.
No driver has been named to the Rahal Letterman Racing team asof yet.
