The Colts Offensive Coordinator filled in as head coach this year for the Colts while Chuck Pagano was being treated for leukemia.
Pagano said Monday that the Colts can't afford to lose Arians. "You're getting a guy (Arians) that's a great leader, a great football coach, a great man, and if that happened you'd be getting a great football coach. Again, certainly we don't want to lose Bruce, we can't lose Bruce. So we'll just cross that bridge when it comes." said Pagano.
The Colts and Arians will be at Baltimore on Sunday taking on the Ravens in the NFL Playoffs.
