LAS VEGAS (WISH) - While most NBA players are on break, Pacers Forward Paul George is busy trying his luck for a chance of a lifetime.
The NBA All Star is in Las Vegas this week working out in a four day mini camp for the Men's USA National Team.
George was one of 29 players invited to participate in the camp in Vegas, including Kyrie Irving, Anthony Davis, and NBA rookie of the year Damian Lillard.
This camp provides an opportunity for George to showcase his talent in hopes of making the USA's World and Olympic team in the future. The opportunity to play with the countries best is one George is excited for.
"I mean this is bigger than basketball. You're talking about competing and representing your country. Everybody here is just excited to be here. It's exciting to play with a lot of talent and up-and-coming rising stars in this league...and its fun." said George.
The camp is held at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and runs until Thursday.
The town of Greenfield mourned the loss of its mayor, Richard "Dick" Pasco on Tuesday.
Interstate 70 east near Interstate 465 was reopened Tuesday evening after a crash blocked all lanes around 6:30 p.m.
