What a difference a couple of days makes! The middle of the work week held relief from the heat and humidity with temperatures in the 80s. Today, we were at or above 90° for the 7th time this year with heat index values reaching the low 100s. For comparison, our yearly average number of days at or above 90° is 14.6.
Happy Friday, everyone! We’re off to a cloudy and mild start to the last day of the work week. A few stray showers will move through this morning, but most of us will remain dry, cloudy and mild for the morning commute.
Good Thursday morning, everyone! It’s Flag Day and the Army’s Birthday and we’re off to a mostly clear and more comfortable start, especially compared to the past few mornings. We’re seeing less humidity thanks to a north wind.
