Clouds break for holiday; rain moves in late week

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A few dry days for the holiday.  Several rain chances moves through the weekend.

Tonight:

Clouds will hang around for much of the evening.  Some breaks roll on overnight, but should be relatively quiet.

Lows dip to the upper 20s.

Wednesday:

Looks like a decent amount of cloud cover at least for the first half of the day.  We should see more in the ay of sunshine across the area compared to the past couple of days.  Highs top out in the lower 40s.

Thanksgiving:

Lots of sunshine for the holiday, with slightly warmer temperatures.  Highs top in the lower to middle 40s.

8 day forecast:

Rain returns to the forecast – but not until Friday late night, so much of the shopping day will be dry.  Scattered showers continue into Saturday.  Another system slides into the area Sunday night into Monday, with a big blast of cold air moving in Tuesday and Wednesday.
