We’re so fired up to tell you about this cocktail from Heaven Hill Brands! Brennen Lockhart, bar manager at Wiseguy Lounge made us a Broken Hatchet cocktail with Evan Williams Bottled in Bond Bourbon.
Global Whiskey Ambassador Bernie Lubbers and Brent Holverson, Regional Sales Manager for Heaven Hill Brands, joined us on All Indian Bets to tell us all about this stirred cocktail.
The first step to this cocktail is to actually light the bourbon on fire! Brennen said the second someone sees this drink, everybody wants one. The fire actually caramelizes the added cinnamon and gives the drink a sweeter taste.

Triple Sec .5 oz
Evan Williams Bottled in Bond Bourbon 2 oz
Crème Brulee .75oz
Black Walnut Bitters 2 dashes
Bosument Bitters 2 dashes
Overproof Whiskey .5 oz
