On today’s On The Rocks, we’re featuring an easy summer drink: Larceny and ginger ale! Autumn Wilsley, bartender at The Slippery Noodle Inn, Bernie Lubbers, global whiskey brand ambassador, and Brent Holverson, Heaven Hills regional sales manager, joined us to craft this cocktail.
Lubbers told us that Larceny is a wheated bourbon from the Old Fitzgerald brand. The bottle is even shaped like a lock with a key hole on the label because John E Fitzgerald was a treasury agent.
Brent tried a bourbon on the rocks with Evan Williams 1783. That is a higher proof, small-batch whiskey that is aged longer than regular Evan Williams.
