On The Rocks: Serenade with Evan Williams Bourbon

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – In the latest episode of On The Rocks, Brent Holverson comes to us downtown from O’Reilly’s Irish Bar and Restaurant, where we learn how to make a drink called Serenade.

Holverson is joined by Bernie Lubbers (Global Brand Ambassador, Heaven Hill Distillery) and Joel Reitz (Co-Owner, O’Reilly’s Irish Bar & Restaurant).

RECIPE:

-1 ½ oz. Evan Williams Bourbon (notes of apple, ginger, black pepper)
-2 oz. cucumber and Himalayan sea salt syrup.
-½ oz. Elderflower
-Splash fresh squeezed lemon juice
-Add pinch of sea salt
-Fresh Cucumber Garnish
-2 lbs. sliced fresh cucumber
-3 oz Himalayan sea salt
-2 cups water (Bring to a boil, cool to 40 degrees for 2 hours before serving.)
