Santa Train set to return for the 2021 holiday season

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – While the holiday season is still a couple of months away, planning for the happiest time of the year is already underway.

While the pandemic affected many gatherings and activities in 2020, life appears to be returning back to normal slowly.

One of those gatherings and traditions that was affected by the pandemic in 2020 was the annual Santa Train.

The Santa train visits cities and towns in southern Indiana and eastern Illinois, providing children the opportunity to meet the jolly guy in the big red suit.

After a year away, the Santa Train will be once again rolling into stations in Indiana and Illinois, making a total of12 stops on Dec. 3, 4 and 5.
